The deadline to submit your application and payment is 10/15. The full-season market fee is $200.00 (early bird special if paid in full by 09/15 is $175.00; price will increase to $200 after 9/15). **Market fees are non-refundable.

Market dates: Sunday's 11/2/25 - 2/22/26 10am - 12:30pm (No Markets 11/30/25 and 12/28/25)

By signing and submitting below, I acknowledge my agreement to follow all Market Guidelines and all applicaable State and Town Regulations. The Board of Directors reserves the right to deny market privleges to any vendor who fails to comply with the market guidelines. I AGREE NOT to hold CWFM or it's representatives responsible for any damages arising out of the sales of my farm products or from my presence on the market site. All authorized vendors participating in the CWFM shall be individually and severally responsible to CWFM, it's board, officers, members, and volunteers for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendors' participation in the markets sponsored by CWFM, or that of its representatives, agents, and employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save CWFM harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorney's fees, suffered or incurred by CWFM by reason of the vendors' participation in the markets sponsored by CWFM or that of it's volunteers, agents and employees. I/we also agree to print, read and abide by all CWFM Regulations located on our website.
